Luis Vassallo has been an Assistant Vice-President Branch Manager for Wells Fargo Bank for 10 years and an established professional with over 25 years of management experience in the banking industry.
A native of Peru, he worked in different senior leaderships roles in the Banco de Credito del Peru. After many successes and achievements as a professional in the banking field, Luis earned several awards in his native country, as well as in the USA. His expertise includes proactive operations and management of professionals with a process-driven, goal-oriented and result-focused approach. His has leadership and supervisory experience with a history of transforming high-potential staff into outstanding professionals demonstrating commitment to excellence and world-class customer service.
Luis has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima (Peru) and has earned several leadership certifications in the US, such as the Leadership Program from the University of California, Los Angeles and the 2015 Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte’s Leadership Development Institute’s ”L.E.A.Ding – UP” Program (Leading, Educating, Aligning, Developing – Upward Potential).
Currently he serves as the Finance Co-Chair of Wells Fargo Latin Connection and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Latin American Women’s Association (LAWA) and the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte (LACCC).
